How a visit goes

Camera first.
Before pressure goes in, we scope the line. We need to know whether we're looking at grease, scale, roots, or a structural problem. Jetting fixes the first three. The fourth needs a repair.
Match nozzle to job.
Different nozzles do different work. Penetrator for hard blockages. Scouring for pipe walls. Root-cutter for intrusion. We carry them all, sized for residential and small commercial lines.
Camera again, on the clean line.
After the jet, we run the camera back through so you see the line is open end to end. The recording is yours. For property managers and investors, that's the document that proves the lateral is in shape.
